If you want us to answer you, you must provide us with an e-mail account. Queries that include personal private data will not be able to be answered by this option, and you will have to submit the communication in the Complaints section.

This service allows you to submit a complaint or suggestion regarding incidents observed in the provision of services and obtain a response or pronouncement from the competent entity. To obtain a response to your claim you must access from this point. You will be asked to fill in a detailed form and you must have a digital certificate, electronic ID or CHAVE365 to prove your identity digitally and unequivocally. Claims and suggestions made by this means will not be considered as an administrative appeal or paralyze the deadlines established in the current regulations for filing them.
