BASIC INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Responsible for the treatment	Conselleria de Sanidade as responsible for the information system of the Sistema Publico de Saude de Galicia (Ley 8/2008, del 10 de Julio, de salud de Galicia).
Treatment identification	Incoming/outgoing registration, requests, notifications, and relations with citizens.
Purposes of processing	To deal with communications, questions, suggestions, claims and complaints from citizens, including those made through social networks.
Legitimacy for processing.	articles 6.1.c) and 6.1e) of the RGPD
Exercise of rights.	Every natural person has a legally recognised right of access to the data relating to him/her that are being processed. You also have the right to request the rectification and deletion of this data, as well as other rights, as explained in the additional information. If you wish to exercise your rights (access, rectification, suppression, opposition, portability and limitation of the treatment) you can do it in the Conselleria de Sanidade or any of the centres/units dependent of this one, as well as in the Servizo Galego de Saude or any of the centres/units dependent of this one as well as the different public sanitary foundations attached to the Conselleria de Sanidade and the Servizo Galego de Saude.
